Good, The Bad & The Queen Annouce New Single

February 28th, 2007 by Pete

Green Fields, the third single taken from The Good, The Bad & The Queen, will be released on April 2. Written late at night somewhere on the Goldhawk Road (1999 - 2001), this is a song that Damon Albarn says ‘came back to me’ - he had gifted the demo to Marianne Faithfull, only to be reminded of it when she re-recorded it in 2005.

Green Fields will be available on gatefold 7”, 7” coloured vinyl and CD.
